Watch the official launch trailer for a short introduction to CONTROL Resonant. Trailer order and what each adds

Remedy's December 2025 reveal introduced Dylan Faden, the Aberrant, and altered Manhattan. The February 2026 gameplay reveal showed the shift toward close-range combat and traversal through distorted city zones. The June story trailer established Dylan's search for Jesse and announced the September 24 digital release. August's Gamescom “Altered State” trailer widened the visual look at Manhattan and its threats. Remedy published the launch trailer on September 17; the game launched digitally on September 24.

You can watch in release order if you want to see how the presentation developed. For a quick answer, use the table above. Edited footage combines moments from different parts of the game, so it cannot establish a boss route, reward order, damage value, or complete ability list. The Resonants guide and builds guide use written sources for those questions.

Spoiler-aware viewing

The launch trailer gives the broadest short overview. The February gameplay feature has named system details without requiring the June story presentation. The June video is the one to avoid if you want to discover Dylan and Jesse's premise in game. This is viewing advice based on each video's subject, not a claim that any trailer is entirely spoiler-free.

For players already in the game, an edited video is rarely the fastest way to solve a stuck fight or a PC issue. Use the combat guide, builds guide, or PC requirements and troubleshooting for steps you can act on.
