CONTROL Resonant Editions Compared

Standard includes the full CONTROL Resonant game. Digital Deluxe is a choice for the artbook, soundtrack, outfit, Artifact, and starter resources. The advertised PS5 early-access period ended when the game launched digitally on September 24, 2026, so it has no value for a new purchase today. Compare the current price and item list on your own platform before checkout; the US Steam prices below are a dated reference, not a live offer.

The Steam listing showed US$59.99 Standard and US$69.99 Digital Deluxe when checked on September 1, 2026. Taxes, region, platform, discounts, and current store availability can change the total.

Which digital edition should you buy?

Choose Standard if you want Dylan's campaign, combat, exploration, bosses, and New Game Plus. No Deluxe-exclusive story mission or required combat system appears in the cited official item lists. Choose Digital Deluxe if you personally value the digital media or named in-game extras enough to pay the current difference. This guide does not claim measured combat value for the Wallet or resource bundle.

If you already own Standard, check whether your storefront offers an upgrade before buying another full-game package. Read the exact entitlement panel: a bundle name alone does not prove that every item is delivered in your region.

What happened to the pre-order bonuses?

Steam advertised the Hiss Corruption Outfit and Pickpocket's Tool Artifact for eligible pre-purchases. The pre-purchase period ended at launch. A new purchase should not be assumed to include those items, even if it is Digital Deluxe. If you pre-ordered but cannot find them, check your transaction date, the storefront's entitlement list, installed add-ons, and the retailer's support process. The launch and platform guide has the historical release dates.

The PS5 Digital Deluxe offer of up to 48 hours of early access was also tied to the launch window. It is no longer a reason to spend more. Do not extrapolate that PS5 entitlement to Steam, Xbox, or Epic without their own store text.

Physical Standard and SteelBook

Remedy announced physical PS5 and Xbox Series X|S editions for October 15, 2026. Physical Standard contains the base game. The SteelBook Edition was announced with the game, SteelBook case, three fine-art prints, and a key-art poster. Announced reference prices were $59.99 / £49.99 / €59.99 for Standard and $69.99 / £59.99 / €69.99 for SteelBook. Retailer stock, regional price, shipping, disc and download requirements, and any included codes need checking on the exact product listing.

NVIDIA RTX 50 bundle eligibility

NVIDIA's standard regional terms describe a Steam-code bundle for qualifying RTX 50 hardware bought August 25–September 29, 2026, with redemption by October 27. That purchase window had ended by this page's October 1 check. Brazil is an exception: NVIDIA's Brazil terms specify qualifying purchases through October 13. Check your own country's terms and participating retailer before buying; do not treat either deadline as universal. For an eligible purchase, NVIDIA's redemption instructions require the NVIDIA app and a qualifying GPU.
